I sometimes think, if you took a 7.5 - 8 inch chef knife and stabbed yourself over and over where you can feel your heart beating, that should be it

It would be painful but in a state of blind rage and desperation, it seems very possible. I don’t see how anyone could survive such a violent attack in that area, even if people were around to see it.
