What the fuck is happening with me. I deep slept all day today and I was dreaming until up some minutes ago but I still feel like I'm only 70%-80% in energy.

i remember i used to stay in an appt where i couldn't sleep at all because of crazy looser neighbors and it was like torture. now i see why sleep deprivation is used by the military.
