Over the years Ive been a dedicated gymcel. But lately ive been getting lazy. Im just not getting any notice from the other gender anway, boyos help me find some gym motivation

If you truly hate yourself you will go.

My favorite method, is to not keep any food in the house. If I want to eat, I have to go to the gym and then get food to eat afterwards.
 
Stop trying to make progress and just maintain (6 working sets per week for each muscle group.)
If you're already ripped there's no point in going any further trying to bench 350lbs or squat 600lbs or whatever. Maintain a healthy, lean body. Everything else is cope.
