Went for a walk in this shithole town and I was walking near the road and there was a lane that was covered in traffic cones

A car pulled up and a black dude and three bald head niglets got out and they started throwing the traffic cones into the back of their car

They sped off like they had just robbed a bank, idk know what they’re going to do with them but who knows
