Because it will open up a lot of doors:

Getting a driver's license -> Being able to drive to my bullies place -> Drive to my bullies place -> Find him -> Beat him up -> Get arrested -> Incident becomes famous on TV (and viral on social media) because his family has connections with the media -> I become famous/Statusmaxx -> I will be known as that crazy guy who beats up a 6ft 400 pound monster -> The whole country/Everybody will respect me -> I will no longer get bullied -> I get out of jail -> I find out I lost a lot of privileges like being able to travel and get a job -> But that's okay because I'm aware of how ethnics are treated in other countries so I don't plan on going anywhere -> Not being able to get a job too is okay, because by the time I get my revenge, my mind will be peaceful enough to have the motivation to think of and pursue other ways of getting money -> I get enough money -> I get rich -> I looksmax -> If it didn't work, I turn to escortcelling -> I buy drugs/nootropics to NTmaxx -> I live a happy life -> The end.

I really hope I can pass the driver's license test because it will be over for me if I don't. Because without a driver's license, I'm not gonna be able to drive to my bully's place and kick his ass without getting stopped by the police in the road. And I only have limited time left because he will move to another country soon. My other bullies already moved to another country, I cannot let this one get away this time.
