I used to stick my jaw out for a year and did it less obviously for a while after. When I realized this caused my maxilla to collapse, I tried mewing as hard as I could to salvage it. I believe I gave myself brain damage from that as I felt like I was eating horseradish but worse, getting kicked in the back and bottom of the brain
