The problem with women today, Rotunno told Insider in an interview last month, is that they don't take responsibility for their decisions.
She described growing up admiring her mother and grandmother, both independent women who did as they pleased and were subservient to no one, she says.
"These are women who never made excuses for their lots in life," Rotunno said. "Women who said, 'I can do anything.'"
But it's women today, Rotunno went on, who have refused to claim the same agency and instead blame men.
"Everybody says, 'Oh, are you telling women that if they go to hotel rooms they deserve to be raped?' No," Rotunno said. "What I'm saying is that after having drinks and being at a party and sitting in a bar with somebody and going to their hotel at midnight, don't be so ridiculous as to say, 'I thought I was going to see a script.' At some point, where is the responsibility?"

Feminism I guess used to revolve around the 1% of women with a hint of sense who understood how life really worked instead of blaming some mythical oppressive patriarchy.
Hence instead of advocating for excessive emancipation they kept trying to stress to dumber women that while most men can be considered emotional/irrational, they at least have testosterone, dimorphism and competitive drive which is far more important.
The average women has none of that making her a complete liability outside of working, sex and giving birth. Hence her rights should be restricted FOR HER OWN GOOD. And the women with sense are therefore nothing compared to even the average male let alone one with testosterone and a rational mindset.
This is obvious but women didn’t want to hear it from a man’s mouth, so female feminists desperately tried to push this on them.
Then over time especially with mass politics and the rise of simp males/liberalism, feminism became a way to justify feminine irrationality and lack of masculine virtues. So women can do whatever they feel like without being judged. Simps (most men because of breeding instincts) always thought this way.
It’s why being pro abortion and free love is seen as feminist, it’s about promoting a lack of accountability and stigmatising any form of criticism of women as sexism.
