He can just get an extender and then get implants in his dick. Much less of a death sentence than a long midface

Most surgeons would only do it on TreacherCollins and Crouzons sufferers.

Because I would get mileage out of it. There is no point getting life-risking, blindness-risking surgery if your age is always gonna be part of why you're incel. Also, big surgery: box ost, BSSO, doublejaw, all take a long time to set up, esp if you're poor like me and don't have rich mummy and daddy bankrolling it. By the time the finding the right surgeon and consultations for box ost are over, I'd have lost another year, and I don't have many left to lose.

Zyros is a different kind of fraudulent poster. He posts here out of ego rather than BDD like the guys in my list (and you). Him being in my list would give him a boner cuz it's more attention.
