I agree tbh, they need to make flavorless or sweet toothpaste normal, I don't get the excessive spicy mint flavoring. Like, is that supposed to be a sign it's working like damn.

I think brushing my teeth when I wake up and maybe a few times occasionally plus a simple warm water rinsing shower would be doable without having roomates or my parents in the way. Unless I feel like I have genuine authority I wouldn't and don't feel comfortable with others even seeing me.
