It might make them bleed, but the primary way it would kill you is by your intestines becoming blocked totally by hardened stools and unable to process more food or water. You'd die of starvation or dehydration depending on how it went. Back before I was on meds, I was only 78 pounds and felt mostly dead. Couldn't eat anything for days. This would be one of the worst ways to die, and if I didn't have medication I'd shoot myself to avoid the extremely nasty death
