How can I increase my natural testosterone production?
Obviously there is working out, building muscle and not being obese, but thats not enough.
I want to do everything that raises my testo even by the tiniest amount, so that all of it together maybe makes a difference.
Scientific studies on the matter and personal anecdotes are especially appreciated.
(natural) Testosterone is beautiful. It literally makes you into a man. Strong, tough, courageous, energetic and beautiful.
I despise being a tired, shy and weak manlet, maybe with testo, I can alteast stop being super weak, shy and tired all the time.
I need more of that good stuff!!!

I think Im between 10 -15% bodyfat lookwise (maybe more towards 15%). I started to exercise sometimes at home again. I have sore biceps rn from chin ups and curls. I eat lots of animal products. Im 70+ kg and 5'7.

Natural T production boost is a meme. It will not make such difference.

some additional ideas:
-cold exposure (especially icing balls)
-stroking dick to get hard but not cooming (but not too much otherwise I will get blue balls)
-looking at stuff that makes me horny, but not cooming

Animal product are irrelevant, you have to actually measure how much protein you get in a day. Also, do you track your micronutrients?
 
Make sure you are getting at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. Micronutrient deficiencies can also fuck you up, so gotta make sure you’re getting it all. For testosterone, magnesium and zinc are minerals especially important which people usually lack. So is vitamin D
