what routine do you recommend

my current routine is: 90% of 1 RM for 20 total reps
80% of 1 RM for 25 total reps

once a week
 
Nsuns or stronglifts not joking but you should stay on a beginner strength program until you can bench 1.5 squat 2 and deadlift 2.5-3
