This is really serious... it's been really hard for me lately and I running out of things to cope and roping is becoming more and more "attractive" all of the sudden
I don't know what else to do, perhaps some of you guys can give me some ideias to cope

The only way I really cope is drinking. At least that way you can temporarily forget or not really care about your current problems. Other than that, I'd just cope with whatever you remotely like - just force yourself to do it. Tbh I like hiking - it clears my mind and is a pretty good cope.

I used to but every anime I try to start an anime it turns me off by the time I watch the first 2 episodes for having really bad writing or some cuckoldry.
