When you are an teenager you can cope that you'll grow, i remember being 15-16 and eating and exercising alot hoping I'd grow a few inches but never did.

I'm still the same exact height.

This is probably one of the worst things you could do if you're a manlet and you're going through puberty. I should've made every single effort to go on HGH during my teenage years.

I probably would've been at least as tall as my brother (5'8) which isn't a good height but a significant upgrade than being my height (5'4)

I also tried mewing a long time ago, but I gave up because I couldn't do it properly, probably because my palate was too narrow and my tongue couldn't fit.

To be honest, it would console me a bit if mewing is a fraud and I didn't fumble my ticket to ascension.
