If the cost of rent is a problem, you may be underestimating the true cost of home ownership if that is the way you look at it. The mortgage(assuming you don't pay cash for entire house) is just one of the many costs of home ownership. Saying something like "I pay 1600 for rent now and I can get a mortgage for a similar place for 1150" and expecting to actually be out of pocket less money every month is just not realistic.

Now there *are* good things and positives about home ownership(I own 5 lol I should know), but typically getting your monthly bills down in the short team is not one of them.

Well you have to get there super early or have to walk like half of mile. Lot of Asian, Latin Americans, and black people.
Certain areas have completely different languages so that’s where they kind of segregate.
