Foids just get token positions not to do the actual work, but to improve the climate at the workplace. Companies think that having a "coder" gurrrrl or whatever somehow facilitates the team spirit. Basically foids serve some corporate jew to implicitly control male goyim, to make them more pliable and motivated, by virtue of having a warm living female around. It's pretty cucked if you think about it. Men are so gullible and can be easily controlled by a foid who is just friendly to them.
