My idea is essentially, rounding them up using current law enforcement and taking a field and have them crammed into a temporary hold. Then we will use school busses to transfer them to the Nevada desert where there is a special facility built for them, they will have basic food and jumpsuit and will work 14 hours a day making license plates, or some productive labor for the government. We should also separate them by groups of addicts and non addicts. The addicts are redeemable to society and should get better access to stuff to rehabilitate themselves and then allow them to return to society. The addicts on the other hand are going to go cold turkey and will just slave for years until we deem them productive and let them out. If they go back, they can keep slaving for the gov.

Benefits: The eradication of the homeless from major cities will result in less trash, less crime and theft which they are most prone too. We will also be able to shut down their social services saving the government and taxpayers tons of money. People will be able to calmly walk the streets and leave their bikes unlocked without some retard opening it with a screwdriver.
