I used to consider myself 7/10. I posted on the truerateme sub and got rated 5-6/10 but somehow I managed to drop down to a 4/10 in this past year. looksmaxing somehow caused me to become uglier. I used to look into the mirror and get a dopamine rush because I though I was good looking, now I cant stand looking in the mirror,  I turned the mirror in bedroom around so I dont accidentally see myself in it.
