Cope I like my myopia sometimes

Whenever I'm outside walking, running, or otherwise being a high velocity myopist, it's great to have a blur instead of seeing people's faces. I hate it. I hate when people look at me, or when I see their superior faces.

Also, I get a bit overwhelmed when there's too much detail; I'm like an old computer on which you turn on maximum graphics settings. It's nice to just appreciate the colours and shapes.

Furthermore, I have an excuse to just fully ignore people whom I might know. They know that my vision is shit, so I can be like, "oh lol xd I'm blinfd soz didn't see u >_<".

The downsides are that I can't see shit, which means half this forum's posts are invisible.

Shit vision is the only thing keeping me from driving

My myopia has improved with age, I can see 20/20 after a few seconds whereas before it would take me a minute.

I have -10 or worse in each eye and I'm getting bad floaters too, so bad that I had to switch to dark mode jfl. It's over for blindcels.

whatever floats your boat

I just avoid looking at peoples faces

I cant stand it, i usually use sunglasses to avoid eye contact and hide heroin addict eye area. but i want to see the details.

I am also a myopiacel. -4 prescription on both eyes. I feel like myopia is an incel/normie thing. I haven’t met a chad or Stacy with it

Try pinhole glasses.
They're cool looking and sort of help

My vision was terrible until I LASIKmaxxed, which was one of the best decisions I've made. I can vividly remember walking around the day before my surgery without my glasses or contacts, seeing everything as a blur, and reflecting on how I wasn't going to miss it. I certainly don't.

I like the blur though; I don't wear my glasses, especially outside, unless I need to. It's great just having this blur: there are no people, just faceless objects.

Fair enough. I suppose I had to deal with myopia for a lot longer than you have thus far, and I just reached a point where I'd had enough. I hated wearing glasses, and I didn't want to deal with contact lenses for the rest of my life. Now my eyesight is incredible - I have 20/15 vision, which I never imagined would be possible. It's like seeing everything in high definition.
