It's midday & I haven't even showered or left my room jfl, and I've more or less just sat here & procrastinated over this assignment due in a few days

I just want to play vidya, watch movies, fap, and ofc hit da pen a few times today; I even kinda wanna go on a nice long walk since it's fresh outside jfl.

rotting makes me 3x more depressed since i can cope when im outside.

For what its worth I presume its a lack of catecholamines aka dopamine, noradrenaline and also adrenaline. Cold showers give me a lot of energy so that might be worth looking into, also high doses of vitamin C with some tyrosine could work
