I did but. Basically to stop my addiction I put away my phone in locker at work. And only used PC. Also whenever an urge came in would take cold shower. Now I am on probably on day 250-3000 or so on No FAP and have ED. I no longer get morning wood. Nothing can turn me on. I have ascended
