Fuck this shit man, I was biting my nails like usual but I bit too much and a visible amount came off

The skin under my nail is visible and it's somehow not bleeding, I washed it and put a band aid over it hoping it doesn't get infected which it probably will because only the worst happens to me

I won't bite my nails for a few days because of this

Take the nailpill. You're even more of a subhuman if your nails look like shit.

I'd suggest to stop biting. Just like clipping your nails too short (which I did for a long time) it can make the upper part of your nail detach from the nail bed (that is, make your "white part" bigger). It looks awful.
