Unproductive people, yes, should be made productive and if that is not possible, eliminated, but ugly, but healthy person who can be a net benefit to society, why would he be eliminated? Even undesirable people should not just be killed, they should be employed doing slave labour like building infrastructure etc. physical, easy labour that benefits the society. when they cost more to maintain than they can produce, kill them. no salary, just enough food and rest to maximize their productivity versus the cost of maintaining them. when they cost more than procuce, eliminate!
Even if we succeed eliminating non-Europeans from Europe, there is still degeneration/dysgenics problem that is a great long-term threat if eugenics is not practiced to counteract it. And we should try to improve our stock, not just maintain our current quality.
