It was from Junji Ito's horror manga "Long Dream". It is about a terminal ill patient who suffers from a disease as shown in the pfp. He basically has dreams that last lifetimes and also decays his body.

The video is cool, but the music is trashy sissy soft music. Should've used some badass lo-fi black metal instead.
