I've always had the opinion that too warm is better than too cold. At least too warm does not kill quickly, only slowly if at all. I would rather bicycle in +40 Celsius degrees than -40 Celsius degrees or even -30 Celsius degrees. I've got lifelong prostate problems bicycling in cold because I had no choice.
