RageFuel I just had the most infuriating experience attempting to determine the positioning of an image HTML element with an z-index property and value.

Seriously, now I understand why the Udemy "Complete Full-Stack Web Development Course" was on sale for $20.

Basically, from I can discern, the bootstrap CSS code is interfering with my own CSS code despite my CSS being hierarchically superior.

I almost broke my laptop as I attempted to configure the appearance of one picture that was to be by a proceeding section of the web page. Luckily this isn't an actual project I am being paid to complete or else I would be finished.

I still can't do anything to fix it.... :reeeeee:

That's why webdev is gay :feelsclown:

Udemy courses are crap. Learn from EggHead and FrontEnd Masters. And don't use BootStrap, fuck BootStrap.

learn how to play guitar instead :feelsthink:

no clue wtf you're saying. 30IQPill hits hard

Backend is a pain the ass too, fuck managing relational databases or anything related to php :fuk:

Use the "!important" modifier to overwrite attributes that have precedence from the framework

u will need to work at problems gradually and sometimes break em into pieces space em out. systematically test em. or just use cheesy workarounds

true tbh, coding in general a fucking pain. Tbh I hate setting up environments more so than the coding part though. Environment setup is fucking horrible and causes immense rage.

I like coding if it is HOBBY related, so I create my own codebase and use frameworks I am comfortable with.
Meanwhile at work you gotta traceback every weirdly named functions and variables created 1 decade ago until your mind breaks, or migrate the whole project from visual basic to C# because your boomer boss still uses that old shit :feelshaha:

yeah legit coding is far more fun on own projects. since you don't have to deal with shitty code, gay trash documentation and antiquated legacy bullshit. It's why I am trying to grind that leetcode bullshit and get into good paying company then I will coast doing bare minimum work remotely. leech off those fucking jews

Over-saturated job market
You guys really need to Stop skill with wageslaving.:feelshaha:

At no point i told you to slave in an office

Developer , coding , web security is literally golden knowledge in this day and it will become far more important.

I don’t even have those skills and I make a few hundred of the internet with my other skills sometimes.

I would have coding , developer knowledge, I would be unstoppable , I know it

over for csscels

How about not import frameworks and learn how to do things purely with your own code?

Not if your company codebase is already written in php
In the company i will enter in a while, they want to insert React components on an existing php thingy, so everything is posible if you want to make frankestein

this is fine early on. but tbh in most actual job work, you just maintain other people's code and use libraries extensively due to time restrainra
