I just fired my therapist

I just fired my therapist yesterday.

I’m not joking……he said that I should have been killed.

He said it in an indirect way, but what he really meant was very clear.

So, I’m on the list at the office to get a different therapist.
I should hear back next week.

I’m really hoping that I get a hot foid who just graduated college.

But…….anyone would be better than the last guy.

Mine would passive aggressively insult me too. None of them actually care about helping people. They just use their clients to feel better about themselves.

Well, you have to know my past.

My whole life lived in perpetual warfare.

Never really sure if I’d make it through.

As I’ve said before, I’ve had many people try to kill me.

The stress and trauma is most of the reason I ended up in the mental health system in the first place.

For him to say that I should have been killed, is inappropriate in the extreme.

It cuts right down to the core issue that has brought me to therapy to begin with.
