I am trying all kinds of exercises which help alleviate the pain, but it does not have a lasting effect.

All this because they have failed to get me to a professional when I was a teen to get rid of my scoliosis and maybe even help with the flat back.

As long as you are young, usually the scoliosis won't bother you.

The problems will start in your late thirties or early forties.

Mine have started lately.

There are other physical problems too and I have talked about this here a bit.

There are some dipshit who keep downplaying it and claim that I am a fakecel.
