I’m trying this as well. I’ve been gradually increasing my sleeping medications day by day and I wake up later and later, hopefully if I take a bunch one night I won’t have to see another day.

ive no idea tbh I just looked thru my moms cabinet and it’s some hard sleep aid shit I’ll try to find out for u. I used to drink cough syrup but I ran out of that.
