My pushing strength is down by about 10 lbs but my pulling strength seems more or less unscathed. Pull ups seemed slightly easier, though that may be because I've lost a bit of weight (without even trying, since I'm pretty leanmaxxed already and not in any condition to be dieting). Bicep strength is completely intact.
I also had bleeding from one of the dehisced wounds in my crotch spike sometime last night, which seems to have stopped after my lifting session. Might be from more blood going to my back and biceps, might be from something completely unrelated, but just for the hell of it, I'll just say the gym gods have decided to reward me for my outstanding dedication.
