It is pretty depressing man i tried to have fun by eating stuff and walking near the beach but everything is expensive here now as well and I can't help but always think about how I am gonna be going back to being poor and incel in England afterwards. No AC, shitty slum quality bathroom, kitchen is shit, sink mouldy, water filter looks like some Brazil ghetto shit with wiring hanging out everywhere, balcony was 2 feet tall wall on the 12 floor so you can fall of and die while hanging up your laundry lmao, but they made all the residents pay £800 to put metal bars across it all now. It's retarded as hell. My dad said Mumbai would make me feel better or some shit, but it makes me even more hopeless. This is the direction everywhere else is headed in, extreme overpriced housing, extremely low quality installations, no privacy, no personal space, homeless all over the streets, etc.Wtf
I have no idea how people become rich here, or even in the west. But here is way harder to move up. And these families are stuck in generational debt to pay these shitty apartments off it's actually crazy.
After seeing all this I am tempted to just be homeless in India and see how long I last. The homeless life here seems pretty good. It's not like slumdog millionaire at all. The weather is always over 20c so sleeping outside is actually easier because indoors is way too hot. And you beg for change and people will Chuck you a few rupees here and there. Or you can sell something on the street. And I might make my way to a pristine area like himachal pradesh or Kashmir where the natural beauty is awesome and weed grows naturally on the hillsides for free. This money thing is not for me.

We have it a lot better in the UK. South Asia might be alright for a holiday but it’s not somewhere you wanna live. I don’t know your situation but if you find a proper GP when your back who’ll take your mental health diagnosis serious you can get decent benefits. Apply for LCWRA, that’s an extra £416 a month. Apply for PiP, say you only get the basic rate that’s another £290 a month. For rent you could get housing benefits etc. There’s a reason these people die to come here
The family is a lot of people. It's not a little 3 person family like the west 400k split between 10 people isn't a lot. And you can't afford shit in the west with 50k
