Don’t talk to the therapist, you legally don’t have to. And if they do force you to talk, which I’m sure they won’t, they didn’t force me when the state mandated my therapy, don’t talk about killing yourself or others, that’s how you get sent to the loony bin.

I can second that therapy is a scam. I didn't have to pay for it because my work did. For years I was told generic advices like "just breathe" or "how about going for a run during your lunch break?".
