>the sky: this was the first thing I started freaking out about when dpdr first hit me, immediately vertigo whenever I look at it or even think of it
>cell towers: it freaks me out and scares me that the radio waves they produce continue into space forever, causing the same vertigo as looking at the sky so I can't walk past them without having a panic attack
>any large solid objects and buildings in general, especially steel objects immediately make me feel very uncomfortable like I'm standing on the edge of a cliff, small metal objects also cause me to panic when this affliction flares up really bad
>waking in the middle of wide open spaces or even just in between the aisles of a supermarket, so I always walk close to walls when I'm out and constantly knock stuff off shelves in the supermarket cuz standing between shelves in the open immediately makes me start contorting my face in panic
>being in a car, this is a big one, immediate excruciating claustrophobia and sense of being out of control even during short rides so I haven't been in a car in about a year or two
>the sensation of my skull, I feel a constant agonizing sense of solipsistic claustrophobia inside my own skull 24/7, this is the most debilitating one by far and is the sensation that actually causes the panic attacks 90% of the time in this list
there's probably more that's just all I can think of off the top of my head
