This also impacted my face but not my penis growth (my 16.2cm is not big enough for women, especially if you're ugly). I have multiple other conditions I don't want to name here but they all fucked me up, each in their own way.

I can't grow muscles, I tried but I can't. Especially my upper arms are skinny like those of a 16 year old girl or even skinnier, it's not my fault and in summer another reason people laugh about me.

And I'm 5'4"...

And I am almost 30. My body also has difficulty regulating cortisol, which cause me this muscle loss, tiredness and adult acne. I'm also low in testosterone since around age 10.

Sorry to hear that, man. I'm surprised the doctors never injected you with T, if they measured it at such an early age, and it was low. That seems like neglect.

Thanks bro and yeah, you are right. They could and should also have injected me with HGH, it might have added a few inches. I should have been around 5'11-6'0 according to my parents' heights, I was ironically the tallest in grade 5... then they should have given me hgh to not stunt my growth.

Well it's too late now, for the benefits I want. Especially my facial shape and muscle mass. I am also dealing with adult acne breakouts and acne scars and T makes it worse. I might try zinc, which is good for t

it's impossible without great sleep anyway, now try and get good sleep while being a stressed out shellacked aging virgin

testosterone is available via prescription from doctors worldwide, but access varies significantly by region, medical indication, and insurance coverage. Primary care physicians, endocrinologists, urologists, and specialized men's health clinics are the main providers capable of prescribing it, often after confirming symptoms and conducting blood tests showing levels below 300 ng/dL.

Brutal, You need a jew to prescribe it, Any where else to get testosterone for low T?

GoyGPT said this:

Natural foods, lifestyle changes, and specific supplements are the most effective ways to raise testosterone levels. Key dietary sources include fatty fish (rich in Vitamin D and omega-3s), oysters and shellfish (high in zinc), whole eggs (cholesterol and selenium), onions, garlic, honey, and leafy greens like spinach.

Exercise plays a critical role, particularly heavy resistance training and compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which significantly boost levels more than light cardio. Additionally, sleeping 7–9 hours nightly is essential, as sleep deprivation is directly linked to reduced testosterone production.

Several supplements show promise in clinical studies, including zinc, vitamin D, ashwagandha, fenugreek, boron, and DHEA. However, results vary by individual, and it is important to consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen to ensure safety and efficacy.

its over

its hard for me to grow and keep muscles too despite how often i worked out. you may also have insulin resistance and should get checked for prediabetes, that could also affect your hormones and give you too much cortisol while not producing enough testosterone, and even if you make enough testosterone, your body cant process it correctly so you have too much free testosterone flying around in your body causing you to grow bald
