IIts like an association thing, I hear an asian start speaking and my mind visualizes gutter oil and filthy backwater villages, like a polaroid film roll

Filipinos can speak English? I'm a mutt so of course I can speak English, but I only ever heard Filipinos try to imitate it, I don't think they know what they're trying to say.

They're usually limited to their monkey language which I can understand, but can't speak because my mouth is civilized and can't form ape syllables.
