. . . no regrets, assuming if I were reincarnated with the exact same genes, lived relatively in the same location, and had the same people in my lives. There is nothing I could have done differently that would have mattered that significantly to make me normal. I would be shitty at Groundhog's Day.
There is a lot of truth to the saying that life is a simulation. Maybe "tutorial mode" isn't a valid insult- because every experience is a tutorial. It's as though we all basically walk through life because other people curate the experience.
We all have premonitions of the future at every instance of our lives. Or at least I would like to think so. Yet few even attempt to attain or prevent the outcome. I say this as a person sitting down thinking if I were to literally re-live every moment of my life. Even with an adult brain, I would perhaps even be weaker willed, and I know I do not have every memory mapped so thoroughly to really make the outcome that much better.
Do any of you actually feel like you are in control or are responsible for your life?
