paper hasn't released for 1.21.3 yet so just use minecraft 1.21.1 to join for now

i will update it as soon as it comes out which is usually in 1-2 weeks.

but its so annoying. esp cuz a lot of players are locking public chests

e-chest + shulkers can provide a ton of private secure item storage
