I have been jealous of my Syrian friend who has an IQ of +125 and let me tell you, I can finally understand how Salieri feels in the movie, the jealousy, the disillusionment, the agony and despair after acknowledging the unfairness in life.

There's just something in this world an average person couldn't change or accomplish no matter how much we exert ourselves but it just comes easy for those geniuses.

Life is not fair. We can only pray that we are not eager for that something so that we can never be jealous.

as someone with an average IQ of 100 who spent 8 years perfecting his English, I am intensively jealous my Syrian friend who has an IQ of 124 and has reached the native level of English proficiency after just 3 years of watching gamer streams and chatting on discord. He can express his thoughts in simple and atural English expressions without a care for sentence structure or grammar. And he does so effortlessly as we chat on telegram, so effortlessly in fact I would have mistaken him for an English native if he wasn't omitting the indefinite arcticle like an Arabic would. And yes I do often find myself admiring and envying his intelligence and language capacity like Salieri here, and it took my 4 days to cope with the fat that he is innately superior to me in every aspect. But what I can do except bitvhing about it here? Life is not fair but we can always laugh haha
