I usually take adco-dol. It's really effective. dunno if they have it in your country though but here are the ingredients Codeine phosphate 10 mg, Doxylamine succinate 5mg, Paracetamol 450mg and Caffeine 45mg. Literally one tablet could take away the pain from a toothache and headache at the same time
it was amazing but don't get addicted
