My current “oneitis” I have saved all of her pics from Facebook. I have them on my phone and look at them often to torture myself but also to remind myself that if I want that then in need to put in the work and gymcel and roidmaxx. The anger I feel from looking at those pics helps to motivate me despite being painful.
