Yes there's a so called CPAP mask, looks really dumb and is annoying and I'll have to wear it for some time

Thank you man. I myself never notice it. It happens when I'm deep asleep. It is pretty loud, annoying and VERY embarrassing for me though. I mean, if at least I were a tall chad or even just a short chad, but I'm ugly and short and autistic, so.... over
