What's your income and cost of living where you live? If you want to use it to coast through life easier it won't go far in big cities without more work, time, and money. But if you can afford to use it as a down payment on a duplex or triplex do that. It reduces your rent by a lot and if you decide to seamaxx your unit can be rented out for income.
