if it bothers you that much then you can do weighted neck curls which have been proven to increase neck size. Although it will increase by like 1 inch in a year of consistent training.

i do neck curls and other lifts like deadlifts and shrugs, ive been making good gains in my traps but nothing noticeable in my actual neck
i just ordered a neck harness to see if thatll be better for neck curls

This works, i did without weights 3x40 reps every few days and i got mma neck.
