Why can women read porn in public, talk about the porn books they read openly and post it in social media and its not looked down upon? If men did this it would be seen as incredibly weird and they would get isolated. Its not very different in online spaces either. Why can women joke about being porn addicts / perverts and lust for fictional characters online (on spaces that aren't dedicated to porn at all) and nobody says nothing? Its very inappropriate, and if a man did this he would get banned from participating in said communities. It has gotten to a point in which mentioning masturbation is their equivalent of "funny".
