i hate when hair accidently gets in my mouth and even ends up getting stuck in my throat

i suspect it comes from my head hair (it falls on my face and then eventually falls into my mouth) and sometimes when im eating i accidentally end up chewing bits of my moustache (and the hair then gets stuck in my throat).

i have to start reminding myself to twist my mustache into a handle bar to avoid chewing it.
