Venting I hate the time just before bedtime

>I start thinking about random shit and talking to myself for hours
>I can't stop talking to myself
>I wallow in my lonely misery wishing I had GF next to me.
>feel even more alone in the dark void

>scared to check phone for time
>checks anyway
>mfw 2 hours past
>finally fall asleep
>wake up mouth dry as fuck, tired as fuck, cold.
>repeat every other night. (AT LEAST)
