And the reason they want all these things is so they can "flex" on other people.
They basically want it so they can show their superiority to others and attract females with it.

All I need is a phone, gaming system, and a screen. Those are my highest priced purchases.
I don't really care about expensive name brand clothing and will just buy stuff that I think looks nice and is comfortable.

Yeah that's a good point. But I consider that stuff "productive materialism", meaning that that stuff has a purpose. Gaming PCs and anime and what not are vital copes for me and a lot of other incels; it's that or we rope. My brother on the other hand, who makes 60k a year, often has to ask my parents to put money into his account because he eats out with his Yuppie coworkers

Nah, hardest part is showing up everyday. I had no friends in college, so getting out of bed was the hardest part. If you are NT, engineering is not hard. Engineering is not nearly as competitive as, say, the medical field.

The work after college isn't hard at all either. Very little from college actually applies.

Oh man do I hear that. I am smack dab in the middle of that kind of shit on a daily basis. It's intoxicating. There is very much a heard mentality amongst these people and even trying to suggest breaking off from it will result in the equivalent of a tiger biting your arm off. I was not always the most matured young person, but I realized early on the problems with this.

I don't think wanting a nice car is the worst. Depends on who's driving. Oh yes, and vineyard vines is the sign of a true asshole in this day and age. I don't know what I hate more, that they do it, or that they do it cause there told to jerk themselves/each other off or that they can't handle that I really don't give a good fuck one way or the other.
