i have the exact same problem brocel, they put me on zoloft and clozapine. it has killed my sex drive and made me emotionally blunt. i jerk WAY less then before i was on meds and most of the time i just can't get hard. over for medcels

The keto diet is a fad diet and the only people who rely on keto/fasting are the ones who write books about it and get money out of it.
Cancer is not that simple, and when you remove sugar out of your diet, your body will burn tissue into sugar.
I've done keto/fasting perfectly, and the only thing I got from it was hair loss and hypothyroidism related symptoms.
Many isolated tribes relied mostly on sugar (some went up to 80% of sugar daily) and they lived long lives without cancer.

The thing is that, no humans actually did fasting when they had food available, science hasn't come up with any benefit to fasting yet, and cutting sugar out of your diet is really detrimental
