He has longer and heavier bones, but the shorter guy's muscles are heavier. His frame is very narrow, I think he'd be a tallcel if he wasn't famous.

Sexual selection is very flawed in a technologically advanced species, because the eyes can only notice superficial traits and are biased for sexual dimorphism, whereas the vast majority of our useful traits are invisible (reasoning, emotional intelligence, creativity, etc). Adding to this, females' sexual selection was determined by our condition in caveman times, and can only be mitigated by massive social pressure to be loyal (said pressure long stopped existing), we were led to a stagnant, animalistic, female sexuality governed culture worshipping men with physical strength, sociopathy and good looks.
