I have lots of migraines, not sure if you have that now. Drink a coke or coffee, open your window, dark room, lie down. I sometimes also take a over-the-counter headache pill.

I sometime get a stinging pain in the eye area(back part of it) after sitting in front of the screen whole day. Sleeping solves it for me.
